These Days Are Joy

we shall prosper now

My part in Nicole-Studios Equine Artist Interpretation fun event. I had to work from the lines of "These days are joy, we shall prosper now." (Extra details; ended war, dark to light, regaining happiness, kingdom). '' and the rest was solely up to me. 
I came up with this piece, the uni being the king of the kingdom, who've just won the war. The darkness is fading and the blackbirds are retreating. 
I originally had an entirely different idea, but about half way through PS crashed and corrupted the file, meaning I had little time to redo it, so instead I went for a more simpler route to it.
